For 10 seconds. 10 times per day. Notice 10 great things in the present moment.
Set reminders on your phone, your outlook calendar, sticky notes. Whatever you have to do.
Start by feeling your feet on the ground or the wiggle of your fingers.
Then take a breathe and look around wherever you are.
Appreciate sensations in your body and nature around you. All things beautiful or that what you are grateful for.
Take this time for yourself.
Stay in this awareness and conciously decide to bring love and attention to your mind body and spirit.
